Traveling miles and miles in one day. Meeting dozens of new people. Learning new skills. Generally just being a boss. That was the essentials of my day...oh and did I mention...it was all on an RPG I started playing online...? Yeah...just one of the many things that makes me a complete and total nerd, but I have come to one single brilliant conclusion:nerds live better lives.
It is true. Nerds have a knowledge of history, mythology, and literature which allows them to understand and enjoy more things, like clever jokes and witty allusions. Nerds also have a fairly large vocabulary, which allows them to wade through the crowds of unctuous and tedious people and converse with those of a higher caliber of intelligence, thus making them more intelligent in return. There is so much more that I could say, but I fear the loss of my readership if I begin to ramble too much.
In the end, if you are a "nerd" be proud. Let your freak flag fly and don't let anyone pull you down for being different, because, in the end everyone else will be looking to you to pull them up.
